What we collect
Apply and Contact forms collect your name, phone, email, campus preference, level, subjects, and any message you write. You may optionally upload documents such as a B-Form or result card. The voice assistant may store a short WhatsApp handoff message for the active call only.
How we use it
Admissions staff use this information to respond on WhatsApp, phone, or email and to process enrolment. Form alerts are emailed to the SKH admissions inbox. We do not sell your details.
Service providers
The site uses Supabase for storage, Resend for email, Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Retell AI for the optional voice guide. Those providers process data only to run these features.
